Dewatering Pump Manufacturer and Supplier

Wastewater contains sludge, and water is separated from it using various methods. The water so obtained from various processes such as sludge thickening, primary and secondary treatment, dewatering, etc., is sent for treatment, after which it is fit for reuse.

Dewatering is the last process used to treat wastewater. The sludge obtained after dewatering is sent for the production of renewable energy such as biogas, methane, etc.

In the initial stage of the wastewater treatment process, coarse objects are removed. 30% to 40% of the solids are removed through the primary and secondary treatment processes.

Water is removed from the sludge through different methods such as Open Sand Beds, Flocculent Chemical Dosing, Rotary Drum Vacuum Filter, Belt Filter Press, and Centrifugation Process.
